Riad Aicha is a culinary paradise! The Moroccan breakfast with fresh breads and delicate mint tea fuels your spirit, and the cozy communal kitchen makes whipping up a snack easy. Plus, Mohammed from the front desk is a total gem, ready to help you navigate the local dining scene!
Now, I did notice the bins in our room weren't emptied, which led to a few tiny ants throwing a party in the bathroom. And the entrance occasionally had a whiff of smoke, but nothing that dampened the charm of this riad!

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was perfect. The location was great, within the medina, in the tranquil area. Moreover, it was 2 km from St Paul's Church.

Pleasant place, clean, great value. Delicious and appetising food. Very impressed with quadruple room with clean towels. Affable, attentive staff, magnificent location right by the lovely friendly medina, a private taxi, and local restaurants and places to see.

The rooms with clean towels. Nice design. Very central location, at a medium distance from Medina.
Beds were a bit hard.

fantastic terrace, lovely kitchen, beautiful decor and art
Must pay cash, leading to unexpected extra costs!!! Taxi charges are ridiculous!!! A more accessible payment method would definitely improve the experience!!!

The courtyard is a hidden gem, perfect for enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of mint tea.
Finding the Riad can be challenging, as taxis are unable to drop you directly at the entrance.

Loved my time at Riad Aicha Bed & Breakfast. The morning breakfast included fresh breads and delicious Moroccan tea. The terrace had great garden furniture. Mohammed, at the front desk, was super helpful with restaurant suggestions and arranging taxi services. The room featured effective air conditioning, a blessing in the 40-degree heat, and had an extra bed for my toddler. The shared kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The entrance often smelled of cigarette smoke, and I noticed the room bins weren't emptied , attracting little ants in the bathroom. Must pay cash on-site, which raised my costs due to ATM charges. Still, I would return for the fantastic location and lovely atmosphere.

Can just recommend for taking strolls
Spacious room, lovely breakfast, and the clean shared kitchen made my stay comfortable, especially with the appreciated air conditioning during the 40-degree heat.
No faults whatsoever.

Had a great time at this charming place! The cozy communal kitchen was a lifesaver for coffee in the morning, and the delicious breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight. One downside was a slight smell in the entrance area, but that didn't ruin my experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic, nestled in the heart of the old medina. I appreciated the delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with fresh breads and exquisite Moroccan tea. The room's cleanliness left something to be desired with unemptied bins attracting ants, and communication with staff could be a challenge at times due to sporadic reception availability. Payments only in cash added unexpected costs .

Cozy and unique stay!
The check-in was super smooth, and my room reminded me of a little oasis. Waking up to brew my own coffee in the shared kitchen was perfect. I loved the fresh Moroccan pastries during breakfast, but the bathroom could've used some more attention. Still, the vibe made up for it all!

Great fit for a transient visit in Asilah with value for price. The courtyard was nice for sipping mint tea in the evening. Use the free Uber app to avoid overpaying for taxi rides.
